whoisy.online is provided free of charge for legitimate diagnostic and research purposes. Third-party proxy nodes (MTProto, V2Ray) are provided strictly "AS-IS" without guarantees of uptime or privacy. Automated scraping of our backend APIs, denial-of-service attempts, and malicious utilization of our network tools are strictly prohibited.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using whoisy.online, including its network tools, SEO analyzers, public API endpoints, and community proxy directories (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using whoisy.online immediately.
2. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities
whoisy.online is intended for network diagnostics, security research, domain intelligence, and authorized systems auditing. You agree NOT to use the Service for any unlawful or malicious purpose, including but not limited to:
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS): Initiating high-frequency packet floods, ping spikes, or abusive HTTP queries targeting whoisy.online or third-party web hosts.
- Unauthorized Reconnaissance: Using our Ping, Port, HTTP Status, or Subdomain Finder tools against networks or systems you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to audit.
- Bypassing Rate Limits: Using rotating proxy bots, distributed farms, or header spoofing to circumvent our API rate limits or security controls.
- Malicious Automation: Scripting automated queries designed to overload WHOIS port 43 servers, RDAP endpoints, or public DNS resolvers through our infrastructure.
3. API Usage, Scraping & Fair Access
The internal API endpoints of whoisy.online (including /api/* routes) are deployed to power our interactive web interface. They are not intended as an unthrottled public data pipeline for third-party commercial platforms.
We reserve the right to throttle, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban IP addresses, autonomous systems (ASNs), or User-Agents that exhibit abusive request volumes or engage in unauthorized bulk data extraction.
4. Third-Party Proxy Disclaimer ("AS-IS" Warranty)
whoisy.online lists Telegram MTProto proxies and V2Ray / Xray nodes scraped from public internet communities.
No Warranty of Reliability or Security: We do not operate or control these remote servers. We provide NO warranty regarding:
- Proxy availability, uptime, latency, or throughput speed.
- Confidentiality, security, or data integrity of connections made through third-party nodes.
- Suitability for bypassing regional restrictions or compliance with local telecommunication regulations.
Connecting to third-party proxies is done solely at your own risk. whoisy.online disclaims all liability for any data loss, connection interruption, or security incidents arising from external proxy utilization.
5. Accuracy of Diagnostic & SEO Data
Diagnostic results delivered through whoisy.online (including WHOIS registry records, Domain Age calculations, IP geolocation, SSL certificate analysis, DNS records, and XML Sitemap health scores) are compiled from upstream external registries and live host responses.
While we strive for maximum precision, registry records may be redacted by privacy protections (GDPR), DNS records may be subject to propagation delays, and target web servers may return incomplete headers. Outputs must not be considered official legal proof of domain ownership or binding technical certification.
6. Intellectual Property
The branding, design, interface architecture, original code, and editorial materials published on whoisy.online are the property of whoisy.online and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Open-source components incorporated into the platform are governed by their respective licenses.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WHOISY.ONLINE, ITS CREATORS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, SYSTEM DOWNTIME, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY PROXY NODES.
8. Modifications & Service Availability
We reserve the right to alter, enhance, rate-limit, or discontinue any feature, tool, or endpoint on whoisy.online at our discretion without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
